Dugdale Bros & Co update following new UK government measures
Update: Orders made online will be fulfilled weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays, so please allow for the delay in order shipments

Following the announcement by the Prime Minister earlier this week we confirmed that we would follow instructions and would close our offices as of 24.3.20 in order to protect our team and customers.

In the days following this announcement there has been a great deal of confusion over the accurate interpretation of the initial instruction. Having taken expert advice and with additional clarification by the Government yesterday evening, we have made the decision to process and ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays (whilst we are still permitted to do so) until these restrictions are lifted and whilst the couriers that we use continue to provide a service.

This skeleton operation will commence on March 31st and obviously we will adhere to all protocols involving social distancing and hygiene. In reaching this conclusion we decided that in times of such commercial uncertainty it is vital to us and also to our distributors and their customers, to keep the flow of goods moving  in order that when we emerge from this awful period we are all still active although somewhat weakened from this endurance.

Our transactional website remains open and active but please be aware that there will be a slight delay in the shipping of orders.
